All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds. Depending on the item we may be able to buy the item back if it is in similar condition or offer store credit in exchange for another item. If you receive the item with a flaw that was not mentioned in the listing, contact us directly to resolve the issue.
What does "vintage" mean?
Vintage refers to a product that was manufactured 20 or more years ago. With that being said, most products we sell are pre-owned. A majority of our products were manufactured in the 1980's, 1990's, and early 2000's with a few exceptions. If you have a question regarding the age or condition of an item, please contact us for further clarification and information.
Where is your storefront located?
Solemates Sneakers & Vintage is located at 98 West Main St, Allegany, NY. We are roughly one mile from St Bonaventure University and less than a 30 minute drive from Olean, Salamanca, and Ellicottville.
Do we provide measurements on clothing items?
Yes, items listed for sale will include measurements for width and length.
Items listed in our showroom as "Not For Sale" or (NFS) will not include measurements.

Can I reserve or hold a specific item?
If you would like to reserve an item for a further date or in-store pickup, please message us directly. We may ask for a deposit to secure your desired item.
